In a busy medical practice, connecting families to resources for behavioral, learning, or developmental concerns can be difficult. Parents rely on you for quick guidance, but navigating programs—often limited by location, income, or language—can be complex.
Help Me Grow is a free service that simplifies this process for your practice, staff, and patients. Our team connects children (prenatal to age 17) and their families with appropriate non-medical services. Families speak directly with a Family Care Coordinator who identifies relevant resources in Orange County. Referral updates and outcome summaries can be shared with both the family and your office, ensuring you stay informed.
Common referrals include developmental and mental health screenings, Early Start and school programs, parenting support, family resource centers, prenatal services, early literacy, nutrition, child care support, and enrichment programs.
