Our team connects children (prenatal to age 17) and their families with appropriate non-medical services. Families speak directly with a Family Care Coordinator who identifies relevant resources in Orange County. Referral updates and outcome summaries can be shared with both the family and your office, ensuring you stay informed.
Common referrals include developmental and mental health screenings, Early Start and school programs, parenting support, family resource centers, prenatal services, early literacy, nutrition, child care support, and enrichment programs.
